Man I love that color. I can't remember for sure, but didn't you say you passed on the recaros? Or was that someone else? I know some people passed on them in the Focus. Right now, a molten orange fiesta ST with the orange insert recaros is on my short list. I plan to have a final decision by spring so I can pull the trigger when I get my tax return

Yeah, to get the 0% promo financing i had to take delivery from dealer inventory, and based on my experience in the (wider) Focus, the Recaros were not going to be friendly to my ass. Sadly the jerks at ford linked the whole cold-weather package to the recaros, so no seat heaters or side mirror defrosters for me :p the Fiests ST seats have unique backs with more bolstering than plain-jane Fiesta seats anyway.

I got to test drive a black one last week. The Recaros weren't bad at all, wider than I was expecting, and way more comfy than the aftermarket recaros in my GTI. I've got my heart set on a blue ST with the Recaros. Thanks for tempting me with the orange though :P

Any time! I must admit, that blue looks even better in person than it does in pictures... I didn't get a chance to sit in a Recaro-equipped Fiesta, but my experience in the Focus ST was one of severe butt-sweat and shoulder squishing... Oddly, I would say the aftermarket Recaros in my Volvo race car are much more comfortable than the ones in the Focus ST...

I've yet to sit in the Focus ST Recaros. The Fiesta ones look really narrow, but I fit extremely well. I do want to try the regular ST seats though. I'd love to save the extra money...
